Stretching exercise for computer users 電腦族伸展運動


Feeling tired? OK, Let's move

Follow the steps as illustrated :
請你跟我這樣做 :)


Remember don't stay still in front of your computer too long. You eyes need to rest and your body needs to move. Get up to help yourself for a glass of water, have some fresh air, look into the distance and relax :)

別在電腦桌前呆太久, 眼睛需要休息, 身體需要動. 起來喝杯水, 呼吸新鮮空氣, 眼睛向遠方望去. 最重要是要放輕鬆 ... :)
